To be eligible for degree conferral (granting) each student must complete an on-line degree application. You must submit the degree application after you reach 132 quarter hours and at least 2 – 3 terms before you expect to complete your degree.

Q: What happens if I have submitted an application then my plans change or I need to retake a class?
A: You will have access to edit your degree application up to the last day of finals for the term you indicated on your application; see table above. (Ex. You applied for November 2008 in April. Now it is August and you know you need to take a class in Winter. You have that access all the way until the last day of the Autumn term. You can go back into your Degree Conferral application and edit your completion date.)

A: Professors have 5 working days after the last day of finals to enter the grades in Campus Connection.
Q: What happens if I have an incomplete (IN), missing (M) or research (R) grade on my record?
A: For students in their last term all grades must be resolved within 15 working day after the last day of finals. If you have incomplete (IN), missing (M), or continuing research (R) grades for any courses, consult with the instructors for those courses immediately. Also notify the Commerce Undergraduate Program
Q: What happens if I get less than a C- in my major (or minor or concentration) course or my major (or minor or concentration) GPA goes below a 2.000 in my last term?
A: For students who have previously met the major (or minor or concentration) declaration requirements: you will be required to repeat any course in your major that is less than C- grade. If your major GPA goes under a 2.000 you will be required to repeat a course (or courses) until you reach the 2.000 minimum.
For students who have not yet met the major (or minor or concentration) declaration requirements: you must first and foremost meet the declaration requirements (which may be higher than the final degree requirements).
