The executive forum will begin with presentations by Dr. Mark L. Frigo, Director of the Center for Strategy, Execution, and Valuation, on leading practices in Strategic Risk Management, including discussion on how to embed strategic risk management and ERM into your strategic planning and strategy execution processes, including Balanced Scorecards.  It will include diagnostics for assessing your organization’s ERM, GRC and Strategic Risk Management processes and capabilities.

This forum featured a keynote on best practices in strategic risk management, a best practices case study on supply chain risk by Genentech, and a panel of directors and ERM practitioners.  This forum was targeted at directors, executive management and those who advise them in Enterprise Risk Management. 


Friday, October 3: Return Driven Strategy Conference  
This half-day conference on Return Driven Strategy helped hone skills in planning and execution to achieve long-term profitable growth for your organization.  The conference was led by Dr. Mark L. Frigo and Joel Litman, the creators of the Return Driven Strategy framework (www.returndriven.com) and authors of Driven: Business Strategy, Human Actions and the Creation of Wealth (www.driventhebook.com ).


Friday, October 3: Career Driven Strategy
In Career Driven, we described how Return Driven Strategy can be applied to the individual, which we call Career Driven Strategy.  The Return Driven Strategy framework is a pattern of strategic activities of the high performance companies and described in the book Driven: Business Strategy, Human Actions and the Creation of Wealth (www.returndriven.com).   


All current and prospective Kellstadt students were invited to attend this workshop as guests of The Center for Strategy, Execution and Valuation.
